Smut Slam Leipzig starts the year with a bang (pun intended)

//

Smut Slam Leipzig is throwing a bash for everyone to enjoy!

Next Tuesday, January 24th, the only communal dirty story-telling open mic in Leipzig rejoins the scene with the topic of “PARTY.”

Whether it be a bash at work, party games, the after-party, or a hardcore German sparkle party, bring your best party stories to fuel the fun!

Since 2018, Smut Slam Leipzig has been recognizing and honoring the naughty creature that lies within each of us. The purpose of this open mic is to provide a space where performers and audience members can express their sexuality as well as personality. It provides an accessible and inclusive space that is open to everyone.

The act of storytelling is a complex, challenging, and sometimes humbling experience – but it’s also incredibly rewarding and powerful. The stories we tell are the ones that shape our lives, and hold the key to positive change.

This open mic is an opportunity to share and receive these experiences with other people, as well as to celebrate the voices of those who have been marginalized or silenced. Smut Slam International has taken this philosophy around the world.

Smut Slam Leipzig is a place for all types of performers.

The setting is casual, facilitated, and non-judgmental. If you’re a performer and want to tell a story from your life, or prefer to just watch, come right in!

The only thing the judges judge is your story’s degree of awesomeness. Remember – vanilla can also be an awesome flavor! Special guest judges will be announced shortly, and prizes are up for grabs from njoy toys and the Smut Slam International Armoire of Mystery.

Hosted by the professional perv Cameryn Moore, the Smut Slam will feature stories from the audience and guests, as well as readings from the Fuckbucket, containing anonymous questions and confessions. It is important to note that the event is queer-friendly, kink-friendly, and vanilla-friendly, as well as fat-friendly, sex worker-friendly, and virgin-friendly. Nonconsensual objectification and fetishization will not be tolerated.

Tickets are donation-based, available for €12-15, €10 for students with an ID, and limited tickets will be at the door – best to buy from Eventbrite beforehand.

The location is Buntspecht Kneipe & Galerie, Siemeringstr. 2, Leipzig. The party officially starts at 8pm and runs until around 10:30pm, on January 24th.

From 7-8pm, arrive early if you need to take a COVID-19 self-test (or bring a negative test from the same day). Feel free to explore the merchandise, fill up the Fuckbucket, and grab a beverage. To properly prepare, don’t forget to bring your own FFP2 mask and read the slam’s code of conduct.

Entry is limited to keep the space from being too crowded, and masks must be worn when not eating or drinking, or not at the microphone. Testing is strongly encouraged, and if anyone tests positive, they will be sent home.

Please note that, in terms of accessibility, the venue has 2-3 steps up to the entrance, and 7-8 steps up to the restroom and additional seating.
