An international team of Berlin-based comedians will come to Leipzig this Saturday to start off August just right – with raucous laughter (hopefully). At 9:30 p.m. on August 1, the bar Stoned (Kolonnadenstr. 15) will receive stand-up performers Carmen Chraim (LEB), Alex Upatov (RUS) and Brenden Kent (US), in the seventh edition of its English Stand Up Comedy night. The host is Dharmander Singh (UK), also based in Berlin and experienced hosting comedy nights. The event’s Facebook page promises “an evening of fun and frolicks” and “the best of the English comedy scene in Berlin.” Entry is 6€ and includes a drink.
